Fatal Crash near Galudih Thana
On Monday, two young men from Birsanagar were killed in a tragic accident that occurred on the NH-33 highway near Galudih Thana in the Ghatsila sub-division. Lakhan Karmakar and Sukhlal Karmkar, the victims, were both in their mid-twenties. They lived in Garurbasa in Birsanagar.
Discovery of the Birsanagar Accident Scene
Galudih Thana OC, Sukhsagar Chaudhury, reported that the two youths were discovered in a pool of blood on the NH-33 highway, not far from the Galudih Thana around noon. A bike was found at the scene, indicating that the victims were either hit by another vehicle or had skidded off the road.
The injured young men were immediately rushed to the Ghatsila sub-division hospital. Unfortunately, both succumbed to their injuries within an hour of arriving at the hospital, as reported by the OC while speaking to lagatae24.xom.
Investigating the Cause of the Birsanagar Accident
