Chabad House Google Image Found With Suspected Terrorists
The heart of Mumbai witnessed heightened security measures around Chabad House in Colaba following disturbing revelations. Digital evidence, notably a Google image of the Chabad House, was found in possession of two individuals believed to be plotting a terror attack in Rajasthan. Alarmingly, this comes in the backdrop of Chabad House being one of the main targets during the devastating 26/11 terror strikes in 2008.

Initial Detainment and Discoveries
Mohammad Imran Mohammad Yunus Khan and Mohammad Yunus Mohammad Yakub Saki, hailing from Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, were initially apprehended in Pune. Subsequent investigations revealed their association with the foreboding Google image of Chabad House. Their capture followed the earlier detention of an individual in Pune, accused of harboring the suspected terrorists during their stay.
ATS Investigations and Seized Items
The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) unveiled a series of unsettling findings. Not only did the duo allegedly receive bomb-making training, but they also possessed the necessary components to build them. Investigations led to the recovery of a tent, suspected to be for wilderness hideouts, a laptop, Arabic literature, and a white explosive substance. Other items found included a drone, a weighing machine, an electronic circuitry item, and a soldering machine.
Connection to a Past Incident
Interestingly, the initial arrest of Khan and Saki occurred during a seemingly routine police operation in Pune’s Kothrud area on July 18. They were caught while allegedly attempting to steal a motorcycle.
