IIM Ranchi Launches Leadership Development Programme for Navodaya Vidyalayas
IIM Ranchi has inaugurated a five-day MDP (Management Development Programme) aimed at equipping principals and vice-principals of PM SHRI Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) in the Patna region with advanced leadership and management capabilities. Scheduled from November 19 to 23, the IIM Ranchi MDP programme seeks to enable school leaders to address modern educational challenges and foster holistic institutional development.

The programme was inaugurated with a keynote address by Prof. Deepak Kumar Srivastava, Director of IIM Ranchi, who underlined the critical role of effective leadership in transforming education.
