I.N.D.I.A Bloc Secures Strong Lead in Jharkhand Assembly Elections
The I.N.D.I.A bloc has emerged as the frontrunner in the Jharkhand Assembly elections, with a commanding lead over the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). Of the 81 assembly seats, the I.N.D.I.A bloc has so far secured 52, leaving the NDA trailing at 28 seats. Results for one seat remain awaited.

The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), a key player in the I.N.D.I.A bloc, has proven its dominance by winning 32 of the 43 seats it contested. The Congress, another vital component of the alliance, managed to secure 14 of its 30 contested seats. The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and CPIML also contributed to the bloc’s performance, with 4 and 2 seats, respectively.
In contrast, the NDA has struggled to make significant inroads. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won 25 of the 68 seats it contested, while its allies—All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU), Janata Dal United (JDU), and Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas)—secured one seat each.
