This new Vande Bharat train will significantly reduce travel time between Secunderabad in Telangana and Tirupati in the neighboring Andhra Pradesh by approximately 3.5 hours, providing substantial benefits to pilgrims. Previously, on January 15, PM Modi had virtually initiated the Vande Bharat train service between Secunderabad and Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh, marking the first such service connecting the two Telugu-speaking states.
Present at the event were Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan, Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, and Union Minister for Culture and Tourism G Kishan Reddy, among others.
